How to Treat a Headache with an Essential Oils Roller Ball

Isn’t it the worst when you get a massive headache at work or school and you don’t have any medicine to fight it off? One way to treat headaches on the go is by using essential oils! With certain types of the essential oils, your headache will be gone in no time.[citation needed] It’s a way to heal your body naturally, and it smells amazing!

→ Take your roller ball glass container and unscrew the cap of the bottle.

→ Pour 3 drops of the frankincense essential oils right into the bottle.

→ Pour 2 drops of the peppermint essential oils right into the bottle as well.

→ Take any fractionated (liquidized) coconut oil and pour into the glass bottle all the way to the top. It doesn’t have to be a certain measurement, just as long as you’re filling the rest up with it.

→ Put the roller ball cap back on the bottle and screw on tightly.

→ Shake the bottle a tiny bit. Be gentle; don’t go crazy with the shaking.

→ Label the bottle with a sticker noting what kind of mixture it is made for and what ingredients are in it.

→ Apply to anywhere on the body. For a headache, apply on your forehead, back of neck and shoulders. Applying both oils to your head and neck helps the tension and pain directly on the area.

→ If you have tension on your body, apply on the neck, shoulders and the bottoms of your feet. The feet is where people have the biggest pores, so the oils will spread throughout the body from there. The feet also have the best circulation spot.

→ You don’t have to stick with the exact amount of drops mentioned above; you can drop as many or few drops to whatever your preference is.

→ You can purchase a glass roller ball anywhere on the internet. 10 ml is the average size used.

→ Stickers placed on the bottles would be helpful to keep track what mixture you made and what are the ingredients.

→ Essential oils can be used for anything such as cooking, facemasks and of course curing headaches and sinus infections. You can use any type of essential oil for different uses on the body.

→ Clove is meant to cure sinus infections .

→ The reason frankincense and peppermint are used to cure headaches is because peppermint is great for cooling the area and frankincense is good for easing the pain of the headache.
